Maria Yracébûrû is a healer,
storyteller and lineage keeper of the Tlish Diyan (snake medicine). An Apache
Elder whose family belongs to the traditional healers of the southwest from the
White Mountains of New Mexico, she bridges the boundaries of cultures and
faiths in people young and old. Her work has been honored on five continents
and over 50 countries around the world including South Africa, North America,
South America, Asia, India, and Europe. Maria conducts healing circles,
intensives, and Hedowachee – 5th
World HolyWay Teachings. Her teachings are deeply rooted in the wisdom of the
oral healing traditions of her people. In 2004 she was struck by lightning on
sacred Ancestral lands and she was recognized as da'igoti – a time-charting scout for the future.
