Shame on you Skype!

And in case you didn't see my Facebook post... Skype is another company that deserves to go out of business.  Check out their billing forum and you will not only find a plethora of unanswered complaints about shameful overcharging, but also that Skype actually do NOT have any customer service numbers or personnel, so you can never get to talk to a human being to find out why you have been overcharged, or how you can get a refund.  Oh, and wouldn't you know it, their http://support.skype.com/ is no longer a valid email address.  Shame on  you, Skype.
