The Real Story About The Ketogenic Diet For You And Your Pets with Dr. Donese Worden, Ron Penna and Victoria Field

Join us tonight at 4:00PM-PST/7PM-EST on OMTimes Radio's Truth in Medicine Show with me and Dr. Donese Worden, and guests Ron Penna and Victoria Field.

With new research continuing to add further credibility to the accumulating evidence for its remarkable health benefits, more and more people are wondering whether the ketogenic diet could be the “miracle weight loss and medical cure-all” that society has long been seeking. This month, Dr. Donese Worden and I put ketogenics under the “Truth in Medicine” microscope to separate fact from maybe fiction and bring you the latest findings from the leading edge of research. In addition to discussing the specific (and documented) health and weight-loss benefits of a ketogenic diet, they will also be talking to guest experts, Ron Penna, Founder of Quest Nutrition and the 501c3 Epigenix Foundation/KetoPet Sanctuary, and Program Director, Victoria Field, who will be sharing exciting research on the efficacy of a ketogenic diet in the treatment of cancer in humans and pets.

Ron Penna is co-founder of Quest Nutrition and the Epigenix Foundation/KetoPets Sanctuary, a 501c3 charity focusing its efforts on understanding the epigenetic impact of metabolic interventions on human and canine disease and determining the place of ketogenic diets in the treatment of cancer in humans and pets. A serial entrepreneur in many diverse fields including software and credit card processing, Ron Penna has a deep passion for nutrition and its vastly underappreciated role in human health.
Victoria Field is the Program Director of Epigenix Foundation and has more than 15 years of experience in the fitness and nutrition industry. She has developed ketogenic protocols for both Epigenix and KetoPets while spearheading cancer-focused pilot studies in partnership with oncologists and world-renowned institutions including Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Since 2016, she’s helped more than 100 cancer patients and nearly 500 canines with a ketogenic approach focused on disease management.

Welcome to my world! I am so glad you stopped by and felt comfortable enough to join the conversation. I hope you will come back often - the weather is always sunny here (mostly), and the views are... well, whatever your reality makes of them.
